MINUDIE DAY

This is an annual celebration hosted by THE MINUDIE HERITAGE ASSOCIATION. This special event is held the second Sunday of July each year. The events start at noon on the grounds of the Amos Seaman School Museum and include the following:

⦁ Visits to historical sites and buildings
⦁ Yard Sale, Bake & Craft Tables
⦁ Children’s Activities
⦁ Fish Pond, Games & Races
⦁ Face Painting & Tattoos
⦁ Bouncy Castle
⦁ Antique Tractors & Machinery Displays
⦁ All afternoon Music Entertainment

SEAMAN UNIVERSALIST CHURCH

Each year on a Sunday in July, the Seaman Universalist Church
hosts its annual church service and reception.

BLESSING OF THE CROPS

Each year on the second Sunday in August, the St. Denis Catholic Church holds the Blessing of the Crops Mass. Church members also host a reception following the service and a concert featuring local entertainers. Their annual quilt show is held on the second weekend in August on the Saturday and the Sunday.

PANCAKE BREAKFAST FUNDRIASERS

The Minudie Hall is the venue for the Minudie Heritage Association’s pancake breakfast fundraisers. Two pancakes, three sausages, scrambled eggs, tea, coffee, or water. Minudie Heritage members and volunteers get together for an enjoyable breakfast with the public. A warm welcome is extended to everyone. The hall is also available for rent during the summer months.
